In addition to her background in executive search consulting with prominent firms such as Spencer Stuart and Herbert Mines Associates, Ms. Sisson was a Vice President at Bank of America for seven years. Prior to her corporate career, Ms. Sisson traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and founded the Colorado Connection, a language institute for multi-national corporate executives in June 1992 and earlier spent two years in Telluride, CO as a licensed Realtor in the late 1980's grossing more than $3.5M in sales in two years.

She attributes her success to her interpersonal, communication and writing skills, and her ability to relate to people.

Ms. Sisson graduated cum laude from Colorado College in 1988 with a joint History/Political Science Degree specializing in Latin America and Africa.

She is an active member of the 50th Anniversary Gala Committee for the New Canaan Nature Center, the NY Council of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), the Garden Center of New Canaan, and the Sierra Club. Ms. Sisson is also a class agent for The Taft School and successfully chaired both her 20th and 25th reunions.
