Donna spent many years in Corporate America before starting her career as an entrepreneur. Jasmine began her career as a cashier for Nordstrom and worked her way up the corporate ladder. In 2003 she left her management position at Nordstrom but quickly realized she missed interacting with people and providing outstanding customer service.

With their mutual passion for fine foods and gourmet desserts, they founded The Red Tea Room, a company specializing in desserts.
